DHL ProView is our new web-based tracking service for DHL Express account holders that provides automatic notifications to you and anyone you specify--via email or text message--when shipments are picked up and delivered. DHL ProView also lets you monitor shipments online by account number, status and more.

This means you're always in the know, whether you're in the office or on the go. And best of all, it provides the shipment information you need to keep your customers and colleagues up to date and in the loop--for free!

What do I need to start using DHL CS Online?
  • DHL Account Number
  • PC with access to Internet
  • Web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or above, Mozilla Firefox 3 or above)
  • Download & fill the access form bellow. Send it by fax to +351 210 064 241. Then relax and wait for DHL to contact you with the access details.

DHL eTrack

DHL eTrack can track up to 50 express shipments at any one time and operates on any email-enabled device, whether it is a PC, mobile phone or handheld device.

Thanks to our efficient tracking systems, we will reply with exact status for all shipments within minutes in your own language.
How do I use DHL eTrack?
  1. Create an email and enter your waybill number(s) in the contents--up to 50 at a time. If you've received an email containing the waybill number you want to track, forward it to DHL and our system will automatically find it within the text and send you a reply.
  2. Address the email to track@dhl.comtrack@dhl.com. To send the results to other people, enter their email addresses in the CC field.
  3. Send the message and receive the results via return email within seconds.
All you need to get started is an email application that runs on a PC or other email-enabled device such as a mobile phone or personal organizer and an ISP or network connection.

DHL ExpresSMS

DHL ExpresSMS allows mobile phone users to track the progress of single shipments. Simply text us the waybill number and we'll respond with the status within seconds. You can forward the text to colleagues and customers to keep them in the know too.
How do I use DHL ExpresSMS?
  1. Select the “Messages” (SMS) menu on your mobile phone, then enter your waybill number as a new message.
  2. Send the message to +44 7720 33 44 55 (DD HH LL on the telephone keypad), then put this number in your telephone's memory for future use.
  3. In a few moments, you will receive a return SMS message with the details of your shipment.
On request, DHL ExpresSMS will deliver proactive delivery details directly to your phone, allowing you to take immediate action. Simply indicate your mobile phone number when preparing your shipment.
